Mother's Day

Today we went to the Botanical Gardens in Boothbay to celebrate Mother's Day. It was a treat for everyone. The weather was beautiful (barely a cloud in the sky) and the flowers, mostly tulips, were in bloom.

There's a children's garden here. The kids loved it. They got to see flowers, tadpoles, fogs, chickens, and other cool things. They probably could have spent hours playing around.

There's a long and proud tradition of Magoun boys "enhancing" family photos. It's nice to see Wesley has taken up the mantle and continued it.

There was even a tree house. Both Molly and Wes rocked the rope bridge.

Wishing Momma a happy Mother's Day.

Hiking through the woods with the unbridled joy of kids. It doesn't get much better than this.

Aww....

And of course, we had to have lunch on the ocean.

Love the images! Great kids, great parents, and one really cool grandparent (I would have said "great," but she'd get the wrong idea-- she's a great Lady)!

Happy Mother's Day, and Happy Spring!
