Acadia

On our trip to Mount Desert Island we got to spend a little time in Acadia National Park. We took a little walk along the shore of Eagle Lake.

The clouds were in, but it was still a beautiful walk. 

When she wasn't running around a climbing on wet, slippery rocks (and scrapping her legs), Molly enjoyed the peace and quiet. 

We also got to see a pair a loons. This is the first time the kids have seen any and the first time we have in years.

So of course we got a picture of Gouns looking at loons. 

We love Acadia, even an a dreary day, and hope to be spending a lot more time up here over the coming years.
