Well, that was fun

One of the many joys of living in our bedroom so much is that we get to learn more about it.  Specifically we get to learn about the door knob that - until about 10 minutes ago - we thought couldn't lock.

Our education commenced after trying to get back into the room only to have the handle not budge an inch.  Normally this would be highly annoying.  With all of the animals, computers, and most of the phones stuck in there it was near catastrophe.  Thankfully the toolbox was still in the main part of the house and we were able to find a small (very small) screwdriver that fit in the tiny hole on the outside of door knob.  After a few minutes of pushing and prodding, helped along by a few choice words, we were able to connect with the lever and unlock the door.

What we're learned: You can lock these doors by pushing the handle in and turning.  This is very easy to do unknowingly when trying to open a door that is slightly stuck.

We actually used a credit card to open a bathroom when Jack locked himself in - it worked just like the movies..we slid it in from the beneath the lock and "pop" the lock opened!
